Am vazut atunci graficul realizat in urma unui studiu Marketing Sherpa care ilustra opiniile a peste 2000 de companii.  Astazi avem un tabel care ne indica cat de eficienta este Social Media daca o raportam la obiectivele atinse.<span id="more-738"></span></p>
<p>Interesant de stiut este faptul ca cei care considera Social Media cea mai eficienta metoda de a-si atinge obiectivele de marketing sunt cei care tintesc consumatorii finali prin canalul de reseleri (B2B2C). Asta pentru ca Social Media a deschis  larg calea oportunitatilor ce permit companiilor sa poate „atinge” parteneri de business si consumatori in fiecare punct al procesului de distributie.</p>
